A Disappointing Experience

We faced an unusual noise issue due to poor soundproofing, and accessibility was misleading regarding stairs.

location close to paris-gare-de-lyon as well as multiple metro stations. helpful and extremely friendly staff providing helpful services. got clean room with bathroom, fresh sheets, single bed.

It had central location close to Lappe Street. Moreover, it was close to the Latin Quarter as well as Bastille metro station.

The noise levels from adjacent rooms were unbearable!!! Bathroom plumbing issues like clogged drains were concerning!!! A serious cleaning overhaul is desperately needed!!!

The room was decent, but everything smelled like smoke badly.

The location near Gare de Lyon made it really easy to get around the city. It's just a short walk to public transport and some interesting dining spots. My Standard Double Room was adequately sized, and I appreciated that my pets were welcome, a major plus. The bathroom raised some concerns. There was a strong mold smell, and the plumbing felt sketchy. I noticed a strange brown leak on the floor from the toilet bowl, made using the bathroom pretty uncomfortable. The room had poor sound isolation, leading to a restless night with noise from adjacent rooms. The decor was very dated, and the room felt damp. I would have liked better maintenance of the facilities, especially with the bathroom issues.

I loved my stay, especially enjoying the roomy layout and the peaceful vibe around the hotel. After a long day of exploring, I really appreciated having relaxing moments in the lounge and the small garden area. There were a few stairs to navigate, but it was manageable, so be prepared and soak in the charm! 😊

We explored the Eiffel Tower and spent a day at the Louvre. The staff was great, and the location was fantastic for getting around. I recommend checking out local cafes for breakfast. Just be ready for some stairs to reach rooms, but it's totally manageable!

I did notice some faulty electronics in the bathroom. Would advise future guests to check this out right away.

The staff at Modern's Hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, they treated me very well. the location of the hotel is marvelous, just minutes away from a public square. - There is a restaurant located about 200 meters away from the hotel.

The rooms are spacious with their own bathrooms and clean linens, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and metro, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and provided all the basic amenities we needed.
